Linda Zhou joined the firm in 2011 and is now the managing partner.  She has been practicing matrimonial and family law exclusively since 2007 and has extensive experience in high conflict custody disputes, as well as all aspects of matrimonial law, including equitable distribution, spousal and child support, prenuptial and postnuptial agreements, settlement agreements, and post-judgment modification and enforcement.   

During law school, Linda worked as a law clerk at a highly regarded New York matrimonial firm, where she continued to work as an associate after completing law school until December 2010. She also interned at the Legal Aid Society in Brooklyn, New York and then at the Kings County District Attorney’s Office during law school. Linda graduated with a dual degree in Economics and International Relations from the State University of New York at Geneseo in 2002 and received her J.D. from Brooklyn Law School in 2006. Linda is a member of the Matrimonial Practice Advisory and Rules Committee, the Interdisciplinary Forum on Mental Health and Family Law, the New York State Bar Association, the New York Women’s Bar Association, the Westchester Women’s Bar Association, and the Asian American Bar Association of New York.

Linda was born in Shanghai, China, raised in New York where she attended Stuyvesant High School.  Linda now lives in Westchester with her husband, their two children and dog.
